Ranger has experience with roofs!  In the hot and rainy south, weather wreaks

During our process, Ranger will check your decking to ensure it is not rotted and if it is, will replace it.  We'll check your wiring for damage, doing our best to correct and prevent future failure.  Your ceiling insulation will also be checked and replaced if necessary.  Ranger glues and screws all decking and we use commercial grade 60 mil TPO whenever possible.  Call for information on our re-roofs and re-sealing.

Covers mileage and accessing your location within 50 miles of base location.

Covers mileage and accessing your location outside of 50 miles of base location up to 75 miles.  We generally do not service beyond 75 miles, however we may be able to work with you if no other options exist.

One hour minimum.  Repairs are estimated on the book time required to complete the project.  Unforeseen issues or discovery of additional problems during the repair process may incur additional cost.  We do our very best to keep your cost as reasonable as possible, and will inform and discuss with you anything that may be determined to cause problems down the road.

          $145/hr standard labor rate

          $195/hr emergency rate

• AC - clean coils, fins, check motor, compressor & capacitors 
• Ductwork - check for good airflow and temp differentials

• Check switches, burner, probes, exchanger & exhaust

• Check gearing and drive system for proper operation
• Check seals and roof for damage
• Recondition rubber seals
